This review site accepts test enquiries. The contact details and project description are encrypted and stored on Hostinger outside the public website folder. A notification is queued for Simon at Smart Cow (simon@smartcow.co.uk) for testing; authenticated delivery setup is still pending. No notification is sent to Jeff or automatically to the person completing the form. Please use synthetic test details, not real customer information. After a confirmed save, the form redirects to the thank-you page on ardentpaving.co.uk, which has its own cookie and tracking settings. No contact details or enquiry reference are added to that URL. A retention schedule and final live privacy notice must be agreed before public quote enquiries are enabled.

No analytics, advertising or remarketing tags are installed. The page code does not set cookies or use browser storage. Images, fonts and styles are served by this site. Hosting may process connection information such as IP addresses in server/security logs; the deployed environment’s cookies and logging need verification.

Before live enquiries are enabled
Ardent needs to confirm the final privacy notice for these pages, including controller contact details, purposes and lawful bases, form/CRM and hosting providers, retention, any international transfers, individual rights and the contact/complaint process. The notice and cookie controls must reflect the actual approved form and measurement setup. Service enquiries and optional marketing permission will remain separate.
